1. Information We Collect

When you browse or place an order, we collect information required to process orders and operate the storefront.

• Checkout & Order Data: Name, email, delivery address, pincode, and phone number.
• Technical & Session Data: Device, browser, IP address, cookies, and site interaction data where applicable.

2. How We Use Your Data

• Process and ship orders.
• Send transactional order and tracking updates.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and support queries.
• Improve storefront security and performance.

3. Payment Processing

Electronic payments are processed by the configured payment gateway. InkThread Hub does not intentionally store full card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, or net-banking passwords on its storefront servers.

4. Cookies & Data Protection

Essential cookies may be used for cart state, session preferences, authentication, analytics, and security. Administrative access is restricted and data is transmitted over secure connections.

5. Meta Platform Data & Mentra

InkThread Hub uses an internal automation system called Mentra to connect and manage authorised InkThread Hub business accounts and services, including WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook where access has been granted through Meta.

Depending on the permissions enabled, Mentra may process Meta Platform Data such as business account identifiers, profile or Page information, customer messages, comments, interaction metadata, media or content metadata, and other information made available through the authorised Meta APIs.

• Receive and respond to customer messages and support requests.
• Manage customer interactions across connected InkThread Hub accounts.
• Publish or manage business content when an authorised user has approved or initiated that action.
• Connect website communications and internal InkThread Hub workflows with Mentra.
• Maintain service security, troubleshoot integrations, and prevent misuse.

Meta Platform Data is used only for InkThread Hub's authorised business operations. We do not sell Meta Platform Data. Access is limited to authorised InkThread Hub personnel and service providers that are necessary to operate the service, subject to applicable contractual and legal requirements.

We retain Meta Platform Data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, legal obligations, security, or dispute resolution. If an account or integration is disconnected, we stop requesting new data from that connection unless it is connected again.

To request access, correction, or deletion of data received through Meta, WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook, email support@inkthreadhub.in with the subject Meta Data Deletion. We will verify the request and delete or de-identify eligible data, subject to applicable legal or security retention requirements.
