1. Made-To-Order & Production Timelines
To ensure zero deadstock waste and maximum garment quality, all products at InkThread Hub are made to order.
Production Window
2 - 3 Business Days
Garment cutting, DTF printing, curing & QA inspection.
Pan-India Transit Window
5 - 7 Business Days
Doorstep express courier transit across India.
2. Shipping Charges & Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Free Prepaid Shipping: Complimentary express delivery on all online prepaid orders (UPI, Cards, NetBanking).
- Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available across eligible pan-India pin codes with a standard nominal COD convenience charge added at checkout.
3. Live Order Tracking Updates
As soon as your streetwear order passes quality inspection and is handed over to our primary courier partners (Delhivery, Blue Dart, Xpressbees), a live tracking link & AWB number will be sent automatically via Email and WhatsApp.
You can also track your order status live anytime using our Track Order Portal.
4. External Courier & Festival Delays
While we dispatch orders promptly within our 2-3 day production window, occasional logistics delays caused by extreme weather conditions, festive rush periods, regional curfews, or courier operational bottlenecks are outside our direct control. We work closely with courier partners to resolve transit delays swiftly.
