1. Return Window & Eligibility Criteria
We offer a 10-day return and exchange window starting from the date of package delivery.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Original garment tags, care labels, and packaging must be intact.
- Proof of purchase is required.
2. Complimentary Size Exchange
Got the wrong size? We provide one complimentary size exchange per eligible order, subject to availability and policy conditions.
3. Made-To-Order Items & Defect Rule
For made-to-order products, returns and refunds are accepted for manufacturing defects, transit damage, or an incorrect item sent. Please report damage or incorrect items promptly with clear photos/video.
4. Refund Processing
- Clearance/final-sale items may be non-returnable unless defective.
- Approved refunds are generally processed within 5 to 7 business days after inspection.
5. Submit a Return / Exchange Request
Email customer support with your order number, reason for request, and relevant garment photos.
